The Why
Naming AI directly would have flattened it. The challenge was to make the audience feel its scale as an experience, before the keynote gave it language.
The How
The concept follows a single figure outward through an expanding network: one person, one city, one planet of connected nodes. At conference scale, restraint reads as gravity. Illustration and animation were built in parallel to hold consistency across the full panoramic width.
