THE WHY
Because the story of the creator economy keeps getting told in numbers, and the truer story is about the people who stayed in the room when there was no reason to. We wanted to make something that felt like the inside of that room, not the headline about it.
THE HOW
Three days, a small crew, and a New York shoot. We followed Colin and Samir from setup to walk-off, and let the people they'd invited do the rest of the talking. Every title and transition was animated by hand in stop motion, by Bernabé Bolaños. A film about showing up for the work deserved the same.
